It's probably a brothel, man. If you call the cops, guess who gets a problem ?

why on earth would you report it to the police? Do you think it's a crime in Cambodia to not allow foreigners in your place of business?

It's probably the meth-addicted skank you took with you that they objected to. I know many people who have stayed there without a problem.bozzo wrote:Went to make some price query at the keara guesthouse to be told that foreigner werent allowed to stay but khmer only... Sad to say, but yes sometimes a guesthouse just doesn't want your custom for whatever reason. "Khmer only" could be their way of refusing you politely ?TheGrinchSR wrote:It's probably the meth-addicted skank you took with you that they objected to. (Definitely a racist excuse, but don't think the cops will be over-worried. Forget the cops.)
Find somewhere else. Why would you want to stay somewhere where they treat you like this?

You should definitely sue them. They owe you at least ten grand just for personal upset.

Sometimes it can be Khmer style and most of barang can't stand with noise. So better to stay where is your style.

i think maybe the owner was worried that he or she might not be able to communicate with the op in English, that's why he or she chose not to accommodate him.
