Slow news day CEO? lol
I see foreigners all the time with no helmet. I've even been stopped and fined myself.

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Re: Foreign Woman Stopped for No Helmet
When I pass the cops stopping cars/motos (or at least trying to) on Street 130 turning from Norodom, I always say out loud "ooh, pram dola, bong!" but I don't think they think that's funny. Well, it's probably only 10,000 riel.

It is 15,000 riel unless you have nice tits. If you have, then you get a police man giving you a helmet and asking for your phone number.
