Foreign Man With No Trousers Scares the Locals

Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): An unidentified foreign man, aged about 30 years old, was detained after disturbing people, on August 05, at 2 am, at Tela gas station in Sangkat Sras Chok, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh.

The witness said before the incident, the foreigner, who was suspected of using excessive drugs, went into the mart of Tela gas station with no trousers on. He disturbed people and made all customers in the mart run away. The foreign man was slightly injured, and he was talking to himself.
The Tela station security guard detained the foreigner immediately. He was sent to Sras Chok police station.

This brings up an important topic I've been meaning to broach to the forum.

Choice of undergarments.

Clearly this guy is sporting an emasculating pair of bikini briefs or a banana-hammock of some sort.

I used to swear by boxer briefs, but due to the heat and prevalence of succumbing to bad cases of swamp-ass I have switched to straight up boxers.
