They should get someone from Australia to design plumbing systems in new buildings.

How often do you stay in a guest house, someone in the next room goes to the toilet, and you can smell it in your room. How many places do you see little creatures coming up from the sewer pipe into the shower. Not to mention blocked pipes, and water leaks.

If the plumbing in new buildings was done properly to start with, most problems would be avoided.

So he should get into assisting with designing the plumbing in new buildings, and training Cambodians how to do it properly.

Then there is water coming into buildings when it rains. What do Cambodians do? Sweep up the water. They dont think about fixing the place where it is leaking.
