Filming a car crash. Just why ?
This is a rather boring video of a car crash filmed live. What I was wondering is "why" ? Why did they film this totally dull car driving around at night ? Did they just follow it in the hope that it would crash ? And all that, for "that".

It's Sunday and I'm stuck at home with a cold, in answer to why I'm looking at such stupid stuff on the internet.

After that rave review I have to say I'm not keen on watching that 15 minute clip.
Hope you feel better, I had a cold/flu thing last weekend, must be going around.

Re: Filming a car crash. Just why ?
Definitely been going around the last couple weeks with the constant rains and colder weather. One of my mates had it last weekend then another caught it mid week and I've had it since friday. Was alrite with slight sore throat and mild fever, but it seems to get into the upper lungs too so had to get some azytrhomycin today.timmydownawell wrote:After that rave review I have to say I'm not keen on watching that 15 minute clip.

Please connect the dots for me. It seems you are equating this bug with rain & or cold.
If I read wrong then fugidaboutit.
If I am correct please explain.

No you read right. There's a reason they coined the phrase 'flu season'.

a sudden change in temperature will affect your body ability to produce anti bodies to fight off flu, usually change from hot to cold weather, another reason is that in cold weather your nose will be drier than before which allows viruses to easily enter your body (nose wet with mucus trap more viruses)

the video starts with them following a car that had already been in a crash, then after 45ish seconds they pull up along side it and film the damage

Oh shit, you mean I misunderstood the whole point of the video ? I thought I missed the actual crash because it was so dark. The script sounds so exciting here, so I was a trifle disappointed with the actual movie. ( And tbh I didn't get past the first 5 minutes.)
Spoiler:
But that's not even in the video.suddenly there was a car at high speed has hit the car he engendered overturned toothpaste up on the car
