This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Anybody hear about the recent overbilling people have seen on the electricity bills?

My bill came in at $150 which is over double the previous highest month I have had.

Maybe every thread on CEO that has a corresponding k440 thread should have a link to it?

I don't think it's necessary, unless you're quoting one of their Front Page articles.

Many subjects will overlap, just like CNN, Fox and BBC cover the exact same stories.

It will happen a lot more, as we are both focused on Cambodia, which is relatively small, on a global scale.

I would like to start a "Back Page" article in the VIP section. It would never be cross-linked for obvious reasons.

Are the bills higher because of increased usage shown on the meter or increased rates or what? I noticed (via the meter) that my apartment used 154 kw in 4 days earlier this month when sometimes I don't use that much in 4 weeks.
