Aspara
Pachem
IMI
Roomchang
The above 4 are dental clinics.
How do they compare in terms of:
1. hygiene
2. expertise
3. affordability
for the following procedures:
A. Scaling and polishing
B. Filling of cavities
C. Extraction of wisdom tooth
I have a tooth with a deep cavity (Tooth 37 according to the FDI World Dental Federation ISO 3950 notation). Two wisdom teeth (Tooth 18 and 28 are impacted).

I swear by Pachem - they were brilliant!
Here’s my before and after pics.
I have 18 crowns and three bridges and after seven years, I’ve had no issues.
I can’t remember the total but it was $150 per crown. The room was spotless and the hygiene excellent.
I still can’t stop smiling.

I think you posted these in the wrong order @rozzieoz ... it looks like a before and after police mugshot of a cocaine addict!! You looked much better “before”
Back on topic, no complaints about Roomchang either; clean, decent price & quality of work all okay by me, basic filling & clean up for me, the wife with wisdom tooth extraction no trouble- plus good with kids, 5 year old walked away without trauma!

No, I had perfect teeth and then I went and got someone to punch me in the mouth so I lost a few.
For god’s sake.

Re: Feedback requested: Pachem, Aspara, IMI and Roomchang
pachem is ok but I wasn't over impressed with cleanliness or being in a dungeon with 3 other people being fixed.
I use Elegance now, corner 199 and Mao Tse Toung. Newish, clean. think he used to work at pachem and then stated on his own. Owner is Dr Porseang who is a professor at the university and foreign trained. Goto place for fillings and the like. No idea about implants and stuff, way out of my paygrade even here

Sorry, POME humour lost in translation. Was saying that your gnashers look great in the first pic, which obviously is the “after” pic. Apologies again for the misunderstanding.

Re: Feedback requested: Pachem, Aspara, IMI and Roomchang
From what I've heard: Roomchang is very tidy and has a huge amount of very attractive staff in reception, but the actual work done is just about what one expects from a decent dentist. They are quite expensive.
Pachem seem to be doing rush jobs. Not necessarily bad though.
You seem to be in need of very basic stuff though, so I guess you'll be fine with either outfit. Next level stuff (proper surgery) I'd rather do in the west. I find that all medical care in Cambodia suffers from one problem: they assume you know nothing (which ofc often is true with their clientele).
