After a careful analysis of the subject, I see a lapdog that does not want to sit on his masters lap.
Has this something to do with the relationship between Israel and the USA. ?

At first glance, and most subsequent glances, I don’t know whether this thread is about current technical issues in posting photos, or a nostalgic trip to US politics of last century. The absence of any narrative or input by the OP doing little to assist.

The inscription on the wall/headstone is the "narrative" it's a little hard to read and not ever posting a photo I did have some problems with it. The picture I took is a lot easier to read than the one you see here. Sorry.
