He found a gaming forum where Eric Erdman/Eric Erdmann posts, discussing shooter games, etc, under the username sniper_m4

Here are some screenshots of Eric Erdman posting as Sniper_m4, talking about copying files to another computer if you had a court order to hand over files to authorities, and he talks about how he'd shoot at lawyers who tried to come confiscate his computer:





These posts are from 2009 and 2010, and on his profile he claims to be in the State of Oregon!

Hmmmmm...

He also has Sniper Productions in his signature with an image linked to an off-site location (and that image should look familiar if you've been following it closely).

So now we have have the Eric Erdman who lives in Cambodia (and is even a poster on Khmer440 with the username "Sniper_m4") who has posted on another forum back in 2009/2010 that he lives in Oregon and even links the image in his profile there to his photobucket account with pictures of himself in Cambodia with his girlfriend, and all the sniper_m4 and Sniper Productions gamer pics.

Confused yet? Yeah, me too, but this seems to put the Eric Erdman who lives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and who was arrested earlier this week, claiming to be located in Oregon back in 2009 and 2010, when an Eric Erdman was arrested on child sex crimes in Oregon.

I still have no idea what to make of it all, but I find it interesting The Cambodia Daily still hasn't pulled or edited their original article, leading me to believe they might know something about the case(s) that we still don't at this stage.

MYSTERY SOLVED! ! ! ! ! Thanks to Jonathan Cox at the Khmer Times!

Eric David Erdman was arrested this week in Phnom Penh by Cambodian police with the help of the US Embassy (likely the FBI) and will be extradited back to the USA to face child sex charges from back in 2010.

He was arrested and then taken to Calmette Hospital where he waits to be deported on Wednesday!

I knew there was something up when the Cambodia Daily still hadn't edited their story a day later, LoL.

I guess the "privacy concerns" the embassy cited for not giving statements is that they couldn't reveal that he's in hospital, unprotected/undetained.

So he's been able to get online and use his phone telling everyone he's innocent and that it's been a huge case of mistaken identity, all because he's been left unguarded in Calmette Hospital because of his broken leg.

He has been a fugitive of the law since fleeing probation in 2013.

The Khmer papers were right all along. Thanks again, Rama.

He has since been released to Calmette Hospital, where he is left unguarded, and according to immigration officials he will be boarding a flight to the US on Wednesday, again unguarded, though they said he would be detained upon arrival in America.

Director of the Interior Ministry’s immigration department Ouk Hysela told Khmer Times yesterday that Erdman and Erdmann are one and the same. He added an embassy official had told him Mr. Erdman would stand trial for pedophilia charges after returning to the US. “He had a pedophilia case in 2010,” Mr. Ouk said.
