Expats in Cambodia Are Saints Compared to in the Philippines

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. A drunken naked and obese man was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after running around a hotel in the Philippines wreaking havoc recently. Lucky for viewers, he slipped on some semblance of clothes before the video starts, but he continues to be loud and belligerent as police and staff try to calm him down.

According to local cops, the unnamed man had downed two bottles of a likewise unnamed alcohol before leaving his room and started harassing guests and staff.

The officers were barely able to handcuff the huge man...

Ha, I think he is an expat German who had just been told that his pension is now f******* due to the immigrants/refugees. Why oh why do I suddenly get the image of our good ol merican sailorman (tinfoil in hand) wanting to shake his hand and be his best buddy, maybe even want to share a cell with him.

He is Swedish. While on the ground he's yelling "din jävla knullhora", which translates to something like "you fucking fuck-whore". Before crying "kill me" he's whining about a destroyed mattress ("ni har pajat min madrass"). I'm guessing he got in bed and it broke. While being loaded up on the luggage cart he shouts "aldrig, jag dör hellre!" meaning "never, I'd rather die!"
