Expat Youtubers

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

This guy is pretty good, he lived here from an early age and speaks fluent Khmer. He went to live back in the US a while back but seems to be returning.

He managed to get in early and find a niche. His old stuff was quality. I live for this!! I find him a touch boring and generic now.

Cheap Charlie AKA Billy Blue was seriously lost in the sauce back in the day, entertaining to watch but glad he got his life back on track even if it resulted in boring live streams compared to his glory drinking days. Winning the battle against the demon drink is no easy task, i'm sure we have all seen it take a few good men and women.

Indeed … the demon juice can be a MFer. Charlie just celebrated his 3rd year sober. I recall when he started in Pattaya, living in a mouse-trap room with no AC and eating black rice and sugar water. He came a long way and seems to be happy with his new adventures walking the globe. Good job Charlie!

interesting blast from the past> First stayed at the Malaysia in 82, when i moved to Thailand in 84, my choice of hotels was the crown on soi 6. closer to Soi Cowboy and nana

Cheap Charlies on soi 11 was the place to hang out late and score ur weed:
You could meet some interesting characters there and all drinks were 80 baht

than heading to the original Thermae after 1 am( closed in 96) often referred to as the "star wars " bar

This guy is excellent. I really like his stuff. The dude he is interviewing also has some quality content on his channel. His tiger in Thailand videos are excellent.

Cheap Charlie was just a kid having a few too many beers. He got older and wiser. It was hardly leaving Las Vegas.

I second the recommendation.

The guy gives an insight into Cambodian culture that I really enjoy.

Maybe he starts interviewing random Cambodians just like the Japanese ones do about various aspects of the culture someday.
