After having lived in Germany with long sojourns in France, I used to think Americans were unparalled at swearing, then I.met outback Aussies and lost all illusions of supremacy. The Khmer are no slouches either.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

Yes, local swearing. My favorite Vietnamese swear phrase (because it is quite telling about their culture) is " I fuck your entire family". "Free!".
