I know you wouldn't pay for my long island as it is more expensive than the pineapple. No worries, i am earning enough to pay for my long island. However what i am earning in one month is not even with what Kiwiincambodia might have spent in one night. Poor Cambodian.

Don't take it seriously, the whole thing is just joking too. I will definitely write up about it, even though you might have already learnt some from UT and JB's posts. I was so busy the last couple days.

Cambodians and superstition are not separated. There are always something to explain in our daily live when it comes to belief. For instance, solar eclipse, most of Cambodian believed that solar eclipse is a really bad event and they don't want it to happen. Cambodia believed that if solar eclipse happened there would be something bad follow. In Cambodia, especially​ in the countryside, when the solar eclipse is happening, people would hit whatever they could find to make sound and all monks would get up and chant. Cambodians believe that the eclipse happens when Reaho (Sun) swallows the moon. Reaho is the brother. Why people make sound by hitting on whatever they could find and monks chant, because they want Reaho (sun) to release the moon. We believe that if the sun ended up swallow the whole moon and never release the moon back, there will be something bad happen in the country.

As UT mentioned, all pregnant women needs to get up and find heavy and hard stuff putting on their belly otherwise their daughter or son will be born mentally ill or malformation face. Cambodian, believe that those syndrome kids resulted from their mothers sleeping during the eclipse.

Also some people would use stick to hit on their trees and they believe that hitting those trees during the eclipse will make them to give more fruits.
