2 Drugged Up Foreigners Left Singing and Dancing on Road 3

Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

Two drugged up male foreigners in Cambodia were drop off by an unmarked black vehicle in the middle of the night. The vehicle then fled the scene. 11:20pm on November 11. They both appeared to be on heavy drugs.

One of them was running up and down the highway in panic (the one in the picture), and the other seemed to be singing and dancing and running around. The one that was running around the highway was taken to the local police station for his safety.

Jésus... What kind of drugs are doing the rounds now? They should deport all those ding-dongs. That would cut their travels short...

I hope it's just random weirdness and not some kind of indicator of the quality of recent arrivals. Wondering how many of these have been in country for years. Those in charge won't want this to continue and grow. You can imagine how they would address this problem.

I'm also wondering if the junta and variable immigration practices in Thailand might be a reason for the dregs to pick Cambodia.

on the plus side, there might be some way to make money on these wackos. Guesthouses with padded walls? oh OH...I know, put em on an island :) Government might actually subsidize that.

We just got back from Koh Rong and from the looks of shit there, it won't be to many more decades before the general population of locals here treat us the same as they do the barrang over in Thailand.

Then again, that was Koh Rong and I am not being naive as I know that most barrangs in country are not represented well by the little slice of 21 year old vagabonds that take over Koh Rong.

How long until shit like this starts to boil over? 10 years, 15 years? The wifey and I were chilling the other night and just talking about what Phnom Penh and Cambodia will be like in 25 years when our future kids are of age to visit. I wonder what they will think of their country seeing as how they will be raised in America ( fuck, I know).
I'll give ya 500 Riel for it...

One Cambodian friend also said that the other foreigner was running around naked.

Seems cops don't go near naked foreigners.
