So what's up? Why the sudden spate of drugged out of their mind foreigners turning up in odd places? And why would these guys get dumped out on NR3? By who? Is there some bad shit going around that these people are doing themselves or have they been drugged/robbed/assaulted? Was it ever determined what happened to the two naked barang women to cause them to do what they did? Is there something new going on here?
