Dodgy job offer in Sihanoukville

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

They seem to have sucked in a few Indonesians this last year.

At least when you get scammed out of money by a fake investment firm or a phone scammer you're free to make more money however you want, but what you're describing is modern slavery.

Very nearly ended up in a boiler room in Jakarta lol.

Commonsense prevailed.

When turned the offer down I was constantly rang by another agent who offered to share a finders fee if I sucked some mugs into doing it.
The $50 I’d get would be every month the person is employed. Now I’ve seen many people advertise it on FB (with new accounts) saying if you go you’ll get $50 extra for every month you stay.

Seems like they’ve got multiple sales agents flogging the shit out of this already.

He already told me they’ve got Bangladeshi and Indian guys in there.

Will have to wait and see if any scandals come out.

Do you know why you can go out after work only if you have other people with you?
Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

Im not sure why, because until now I didn’t accept it. The man i talk to said that when i go in the office i can ask all the questions i have. I just request it. But still not convince when i here some stories about this job. There are a lot of job posting in facebook about the same job but different people.
