Dine in allowed again? Saw this from sofitel.

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

If one can afford it...go for it...no need to compare it with other (resto) experiences...even the ++ won't spoil their fun.
It is aimed for a certain clientele, green will make the scene.
Pretty sure they are not targeting those who skip the 75cent joints for the 50cent beer bars.
Each to its own devices...
Have a nice day!

And unlike the UK and most other countries, there will be no government financial support whatsoever, you are on your own. I wonder how many are still paying the rent? How many of those chains and padlocks now belong to the landlords?

Anyone eaten at the Sofitel?

For the cost of one person at this event, I’ve fed a group of hungry Khmer at BBQ 168 for less than that.

I seriously want to know.
Nah, you would have bought some lobster in a Texas chain restaurant.
Silence, exile, and cunning.
