Death of Overloaded and Underfed Cambodian Pony Causes Anger
Cambodian News, (Phnom Penh): Horses are considered to be a transport species full of strength and endurance, but at the same time, if the owner does not provide enough food for their animal and take good care of it, it can also be weakened and unable to serve the owner.
A horrible video on social media that shows a horse being forced by its owner to drag a cart carrying tons of wood until it collapsed on the road has caused a great deal of anger from those who love animals.
Many people left comments expressing their anger, pain and sympathy for this poor horse.
"Humans are a little cruel to animals, but they do not know how to protest, even though they are tired and do not know how to speak. When you look at a horse, you see that the bones are thin, but the bones are not used to each other. No, pity me, son, tie the owner of the horse so that it can be dragged back, use each other, use the dead people alive! Damn it! Dozens of tons of wood tied together, dragged every day, this is the time to stop making bad karma, using animal power to sin and save money."
There are more photos of the horse trapped by its load here.
Warning: May be distressing for animal lovers.
