Not to worry. If he goes ahead and burns everything to the ground the Chinese will move in and rebuild it for them.

No, but since the landlords of these places are probably Khmer, you could mention the threats of arson to them, and ask for their advice ? There's a cop in most families IME.

How about the Khmer information desk attendees at the new Aeon mall? Will they do anything about it?

The same reason why PP stinks of poo everywhere and the city looks like a rubbish dump, and is full of criminals and lowlife running up tabs they'll never pay.

The people don't care. They don't deal with problems properly. They have no pride in law and order. It's a bad mindset that is holding back the Country and plays into the hands of thugs and criminals and ruins it for the good people.

Before you criticise someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticise them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes
