Cost to register a used car in Cambodia?

Most people don't bother to re-register when they buy a used car. Main thing is they have the registration. Doesn't matter if it is in a different name. My cars have always been registered in my wife's name. Nobody ever cared to check it. If you get stopped all they ask for is your driver license.
I think now there is a Prakas out that you must register change of ownership but you keep the plates. If you don't live in PP and want to keep the number you will again have to grease a few palms.
