Coolest Lighter - no butane

I just recieved a new lighter from my local Korean Milk Store.

Every 5 cig cartons I buy, I get a free lighter. This time, the "lighter" is a glow grid to light the cig, plus a LED light on the bottom, plus an USB nib( retractable ) to recharge.

Programmable, click 3 times to place on safety, 3 x off.

Never heard of nor seen it before. How cool is that?

I've not plugged it in yet, maybe a RAM stick or a Virus?

OK, plugged it in to Phone recharger, light stayed on. After 5 mins pulled out and flashed 20 Times (recharged) , back in, flashed 3 times, out flashed 3 times.

13 sec light up time, safety.

Anybody know about these?
