clothing optional pool

Post by khmerre »

I am visiting often Cambodia and sometimes I am looking for new hotels to stay in Phnom Penh or Siem Reap.

This time I checked again and by chance I stumbled across a gay men´s only hotel in Phnom Penh Arthur and Paul Boutique Hotel. Just curious looked the review. There is a clothing optional pool and something more. Nothing wrong, but that is not my cup of tea

Is a clothing optional pool legal in Cambodia ?

I never heard before in Cambodia and it could be in Phnom Penh and more in Siem Reap a way to distinguish an hotel. In Siem Reap are hundreds of hotels and I am pretty sure that are western guests enough to be interested on that. I mean normal guests, just interested in the pool option and not in other strings. I don’t mean a 100% naturist resort or swinger hotel.

Do you want to party all night with hot, sexy men? Or look at some boring temples? There's throbbing action a moment away.

EDIT: As an FYI here in SHV at the Square we have men who look like women who look like men. There's been some chuckling, but you'll find dudes show a load more skin than real women here. Also, as long as you pretend you're nuts the whole country is clothing optional.

If you do then don't go near the Rock Entertainment Centre. Not a healthy place lately.

just a business idea and not sex involved
only to know if an hotel could legally
offer the possibility to the guests to sunbathe naked at the pool (clothing optional) and for the rest just a normal hotel

You can do whatever you want in private, the nudity laws are for public spaces only. I believe a hotel's swimming pool is a private space,
unless there's a law that specifically names swimming pools of hotels as public spaces. You'd have to consult Cambodia law that defines public space to find out.
