Chinese Brothel Allegedly Holds Brazen Opening in Sihanoukville. True or False ?

Sihanoukville: This may be no more than a social media rumor, but according to a comment from the account named Tam Kimsour, a Chinese brothel on Ekareach Street was opened legally with much fanfare on 6 July 2018. They say the whole business appears to be operating openly without interference from police.

We still have some CEO members who reside in Sihanoukville. Could one of them shed some light on this, with confirmed information as to the existence (or not) of this alleged brothel ? This would be an inquiry in the public interest, if anyone asks. (Like your wife or g/f.)

Wouldn't surprise me; appears that the Chinese feel very much at home in Chinkville now and probably made sure that all the copper had massive salary increases.
