There will only be a few dollars difference in price for the same model in different shops.

I would buy new for the warranty, and because you get the latest technology. Also because there is a lot of phone theft in Cambodia. If you buy second hand, you may be supporting crime.

I would pick a make and model with good performance for a low price. My most recent phone is Huawei. Cheaper than Apple or Samsung for a good phone.

I bought it at a Smart shop. It came with a one year warranty. Have not had any problems in over two years. I got a sim at the same time.

With this phone, I have added a micro sd card for more memory. I can also connect the sd card to my computer and copy photos and other files. With some models you cant add memory.

I suggest:

Ask about warranty. Only buy were you will get a warranty.

Ask what price they can do if you buy 5. Some shops may give a good discount.

Yeah go for a Huawei. Especially if you don't need Google maps, Gmail or any Android app in a few months.

The suggestions by explorer and logos are good ones. Huawei is a great brand and will not bother you with any of those pesky Google Apps. And Hauwei means plucked rooster in Chinese language, if that matters.

Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

Well the USA has decided that Huawei is a no-no rumor about backdoor access for Chinese spies and a tense relationship between the USA and China over trade agreements has to lead to Google cutting access to the app store for Huawei to support the USA policy it's giving them 90 days then it looks like they will no longer support them

Punctuation would have taken away the ambiguity but I think the message is understood. Maybe

If you are concerned about Huawei, go for one of the other low priced brands.

It will be interesting to see what happens with this situation.

has to lead to Google cutting access to the app store
and the android operating system itself
china has used the intellectual property of the west without hindrance for decades
does anyone see any good coming from this behavior?
chinese lip service communism ( ie; pure fascism ) is the penultimate outcome of capitalism with the state owning everything
btw trump is anathema to me

Huawei is about to release another operating system with apps compatible with Android.

Huawei is about to release its own app store.

It will be interesting to see what else happens.

Google cant cut all Android apps, as Samsung also uses Android.
