CEO and Khmer440 BLACKOUT!

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Let's keep it simple so you get it, FUCK YOU!
Clearly you still don't comprehend what I'm saying.

I didn't add abnormal, I pointed out that by calling yourself the exception of the crowd you address only to call yourself the normal one logically leads to the others being abnormal, as you have already made it clear they are the opposite of you, which is normal.

I'll recommend you not to call anybody names if you expect easy answers in return. Call me a boffin in a bar and I'll punch you in the mouth without asking where your tongue is. You don't know me, don't call me anything if you're looking for easy answers.

Of course you doubt it, you're an insecure person. Look at you being all worked up just because I asked you to be polite. "FUCK YOU" and stuff, my words must really hurt you for getting so stressed.

Find a nice joint and understand that I'm not attacking you in any way. I told you that you sounded rude and that your namecalling was uncalled for. Your reaction speaks for itself.

Perhaps it was because it was an obvious tongue in cheek comment from joker. Maybe bofc had a shit day in the office and came home annoyed. I don't know but over reaction it was.

I understand. I used to overreact all the time. I've melted a lot though. Life is too short for hate.

I do still enjoy a good argument though...

Quite possibly the most frightening thing I've ever seen a boffin in a bar write on the internets.
There are no letters in the mailbox, there are no grapes upon the vine, there are no chocolates in the boxes anymore and there are no diamonds in the mine.

Oh God, what's happened here, LoL?

Definitely take it as a compliment, BOFH.

Joker, I know your exact where you're coming from

OD and I have these hilarious convos about techy stuff like this. Ok, maybe there's a few more "fuck you"s thrown into our conversation though.

I just can't get how any human could possibly understand some of this stuff fully, and also create it.

I can see how it's a frustrating convo for parties on both sides. I've learned a shit load about this techy stuff from OD over the last few months, and he is amazingly patient with ignorance and brainless questions.

And yes, I think any humans that can write code have super powers.

Yeah I thought it a bit strange. If JP had directed the comment at me I would have taken it as a compliment!

A boffin is British slang for a scientist, engineer, or other person engaged in technical or scientific work. The original World War II conception of war-winning researchers means that the term tends to have more positive connotations than related terms like egghead, nerd, or geek.

I don't think you pissed him off for calling him "boffin", but for using "fuck you" and thingies like that.
