Caution; foto-ferret in vicinity

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. Caution; foto-ferret in vicinity

Post by that genius »

So I'm minding my own business having a cup of coffee on the corner of 155 and 430 (I think) and I see this old ferret very definitely sneakily taking photos of this barang guy at a bike shop opposite.

He(the ferret) looks about 65+, very thin, white hair, decent-looking camera

So one of the Khmer mechanics(I'm being generous) notices him, and then so does the barang...

At which the ferret/cockroach scuttles away, literally running :dragonchase: and surreptitiously looking back every now and again, as if he'd caught the barang posing obscenely with a naked motorcycle

Is there such an organisation as Action Pour Les Motos?

Weird, man.

You would have thought if he wanted to be discreet he would have used a phone, not a camera. Was the ferret barang?

Maybe it was one of the same creeps from TOF who go around taking pictures of men with their shirts off and posting them online.

Reminds me of a time when I was enjoying a cool beer at GSM when a couple of gay guys pretending to take selfies were actually taking photos of me.

Maybe they mistakenly took me as a famous actor ( Bruce Willis) which as happened in the past.

One was wearing a cheap suit with a dopey looking appearance and the other one dressed like an 80 year old school teacher.

They can be seen sitting side by side in various different locations around Phnom Penh giggling like a couple of school girl's.
