She said this happened way way back just after Pol Pot. Cambodia was chock-a-block with kidnapped young female Canadian sex captives chained to furniture for $5 a throw back then. You couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting half a dozen of them at any given time. Of course, prices have gone up just a bit since.

@Jacket I think it's fairly obvious that the story of her abduction and forced work in a bondage brothel is an obvious fabrication. Hence my posts on irrelevant bullshit. Need need to give the story any credibility.

What's dumb about my first point? How would the business survive if no one knew about it? There are fetish clubs in Thailand and Vietnam, and there was very briefly one here just off Norodom set up by a French guy with themed rooms (though the staff weren't Canadian, there were no crowbars or knives involved afaik, everything was consensual, and he got shut down after about a week because it was opposite some rich guy's house), but if the kind of thing she was describing had ever existed here, someone would have heard about it.

But seriously, fancy going to all the trouble of abducting westerners knowing there will be real investigations in searching for them (unless you're French and you suicide in your car in a dam with your decapitated head in the trunk) and then only charging $5 a pop. A lot of trouble to go to when there'd be willing locals to do the job.

Blow jobs at Sophies were only a dollar or two if you got them at the bar instead of going to a room, but again, no crowbars and no Canadians iirc.

Also cops back then were worse than they are now, but if they found a western woman who had just escaped from a brothel after a week/several weeks of being tortured with crowbars, I'm p.sure they would take her to an embassy and tell a newspaper.....

And not to get too obsessed with the crowbar thing, but I find it kind of a fascinating claim. wtf would anyone do to a whore with a crowbar that would leave her still able to work? Were they at least unchained from their beds for long enough for someone to come clean up all the blood after each customer? How would that even work? There are fetishes for all sorts of weird shit, but crowbars? Seriously?

She made it up.

No, I think she's implying that 2003 is just after Pol Pot. Afterall, if you're going to just make shit up, you might as well go all out and rewrite history. amirate or amirite?

Edit; just to clarify, she said she's 31 now and it happened when she was 20....

I happen to know someone who has been in and survived two plane crashes. Surprisingly neither were with Malaysian airlines.

I also know I guy that actually has been kidnapped, tortured and held for ransom twice. This happened in northern Africa not Cambodia and sadly he wasn't forced to work in a brothel while a captive.

It made me wonder if such a scene could actually exist. ???

Drug gangs in Mexico? I've seen snuff videos of women being decapitated. Then de-limbed.

Middle East Harems? Rumours of White slavery?

Anywhere in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan?

Srilanka? I've seen the "new" soldiers' Phone videos/pics of Tamil females raped and murdered systematically.

Modern Dungeons? Revealed in Ohio, Belgium, Austria.

So it could happen, just not necessarily with this "Artist".
