Re: Cambodian Covid Vaccine Certificate
Thank you
Gratefully the Thai Pass is finished July 1st along with the insurance pre-req, so I'm making sure I've all the correct vax info to avoid any problems at the airport in BKK

My understanding was both 'could' be asked for in BKK ... I hope I'm mistaken and you are correct, but I've a tendency to err on the side of caution.Bitte_Kein_Lexus wrote: ↑Sun Jun 19, 2022 7:31 am What's the certificate for? As far as I know, only the blue card is needed for travel.

It took me three weeks and three requests to get the certificate.

Thanks for the response ... I’m remaining optimistic that I’m in the percentage that get it hassle free but the stats aren’t looking promising.reflexline wrote: ↑Mon Jun 20, 2022 10:35 am It took me three weeks and three requests to get the certificate.

Needed one also - got tired of waiting for the telegram message to come so went to the Ministry of Health out Toul Work way. 3rd floor. Lovely lady there got me to sit and wait maybe 15 minutes and bingo...came through on the app. Just took my flight details with me, vax card and passport (was fliying out the day after so was getting nervous). Big thanks to MoH.CaptainCanuck wrote: ↑Mon Jun 20, 2022 10:53 amThanks for the response ... You know that tingly little feeling you get when you really like someone? That's common sense leaving your body.

That MoH office you mention is in Phnom Penh ?
Glad to hear you found some help .... Thailand is my destination, late July or early August so I'm hopeful it'll materialize or better yet it will not be required .... But always nice to have an Ace up my sleeve.
Thanks for responding.

Re: Cambodian Covid Vaccine Certificate
Is it needed if not going to/transiting through BKK? I have zero intention of heading there after hearing horror stories from some who have transited. Has anyone needed anything beyond the card elsewhere? Making me nervous...

Bangkok is a breeze these days, both transit and arrival. The airport is working at maybe 20% of its' capacity. Just make sure you have the Cambodian vaccination card and medical insurance. All checks are done @ Pochentong, zero checks at Bangkok other than if your Thai pass QR code is valid.Bitte_Kein_Lexus wrote: ↑Mon Jun 20, 2022 1:58 pm Is it needed if not going to/transiting through BKK? and come July first ....no insurance needed, no checks other than you have been vaccinated, ( or if you haven't, had a negative covid test within 72 hours)Kammekor wrote: ↑Mon Jun 20, 2022 2:33 pmBangkok is a breeze these days, both transit and arrival. In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Vax card alone is ok, or do they want the certificate ?
