You can get fibre there in some areas, just look for the posters in the streets. I think Opennet and Metfone both offer it.

I recommend SingMeng as I used them for a long time and never had a problem except once when they promptly replaced a faulty modem with a new one. Apart from stable and unlimited internet they also provide a digital TV package with separate bandwidth for TV and internet all for around $20 per month. When I signed up they had a special offer: I paid 1 year in advance and they provided free installation, free fibre cable installation from street to my house (about 100 metres) plus one month free. They may have a different offer now but usually they give away a month free with most prepaid packages.

They have an office on SH6 across the river towards Phnom Penh on the left side of the road.

Previously I used "Online" who provided internet only with a monthly cap across fibre for $16.50 per month but I believe they are more expensive now. No special offers and moderately frequent outages.
