Buying a condo = automatically a visa ?

Hi there,

I will be back in cambodia soon and i will be buying a condo, my question would owning a condo gets you a special visa/residency ?

Shouldn't you have think your move the other way round ?
Anyway to answer your question, at the present time, buying a condo in Cambodia doesn't give you any particular rights in regards to immigration policies.
