February 6, 2022

Please be reminded that in accordance with the announcement by Samdech Techo Prime Minister on December 18, 2021, HE Chea Sophara has coordinated with Duke Sok Kong and Duke Mong Reththy to build a new 27 km road connecting the national road. No. 4 at km 158 + 200 towards Bokor mountain through the economic land concession of Chamkar Doung palm oil plantation. Duke Sok Kong covered the road construction costs, and Duke Mong Reththy helped clear palm trees to open the road.
Any idea where the road in actually is?

My guess:

Is this the biggest white elephant on the planet, seriously. What has happened to the Chinese resort at Koh Kong. Did they complete the airport.
And what of the baby white elephant built by the barangs up the river in Koh Kong. The place where the Camry fell in the river and the sand barges were operating 24 hours a day spoiling the serenity.

It must be fantastic living in this eco-friendly zone in a borey where you can't see past the nearest block. They sell it as a beautiful vistage but in reality you can't see jack shit and you might as well be living in one of the sprawling developments on the central flood plains. The air-conditioning bills shouldn't be too high but the 30km run up the hill is a bit off-putting.
