Blind and traveling USA to Cambodia in two days!

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

If anyone has any advice of that process I would appreciate it, as I here that the visas are hard to get. I don't think we are ready yet to think about marriage so I would prefer not to pursue a spouse or engagement visa unless absolutely necessary.
I suggest, visit her some more times in Cambodia, and get to know her better first.

Then take her to one or more Asian countries for holidays.

Your likelihood of getting a visa should improve them. I am not saying you will get one for sure. There are a lot of people who have done the wrong thing, so they make it hard.

The world is full of naysayers. Follow your dreams, you are the only one that has met her and know how special she is to you. Congratulations, finding the right woman isn t easy, many men settle for someone that puts up with them instead of someone that makes them truly happy. Others go without and make critical comments about anyone who has found happiness. You face adversity with a smile on your face and look forward to challenges. If this is meant to be it will happen. Congratulations again. :Bravo: :Bravo: :Bravo:

Could you post something/anything to prove this isn't a troll thread, David?

What do you suggest ? I can't think of anything that couldn't be manufactured online. So for the moment, let's assume this is genuine. :beer1:

To the OP, it's very hard to bring a woman that you have known such a short time to a western country. Especially when she is from a developing country. From the immigration POV, you have spent 12 days together. That is not a "relationship". Does she have a good job, some property or a business, that she could show US officials as proof of intention to return to Cambodia, if she applied for a tourist visa ?

Well finally a pic. And a nice looking dog ,,, I dont know why you would want to trade its love for love from a Cambodian girl.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

I know I shouldn't, but that actually made me laugh enough for a little beer to spill out of my nose. (Apologies David!!!)
