Blind and traveling USA to Cambodia in two days!

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Good morning David,

I highly suspect that most of us have shared your dream girl fantasy and got burned in the process hence our concern.

We all want to be wrong in your case.
Please stay in touch and let us know which way the wind is blowing.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

Can a blind guy walking down the street in Cambodia hear someone saying "You want tuk tuk?" 100 meters away? Because I'm not sure I would want that particular superpower.

No, and it's a bit concerning. There's a fairly high chance that she got to read our messages before he did too.

I will be back in SR on Wednesday morning (flying back from Australia) so will be in town during the day and Pub St in the evening so if I come across him I'll say hello and post to the forum.

Any of you lads and ladies in that local area should be out there trying to sus what's going on, I hope everything good but fear everything bad.

Either way, look at it as a life adventure.

Big up to you David.

p.s I'd get your dog checked out when you get back home,

Perhaps we can have a forum whip-round for that private eye that keeps advertising. (Or they can do it out of the kindness of their heart and as proof of their abilities... finding one of the only visually impaired westerners in Cambodia can't be that difficult... or can it?!)

I am really interested to learn how a blind person who only can see a little bit of light can read and write so well on CEO.

Well I think David is either a troll or he has been fed to the pigs in the provinces and his dog spit roasted and served with green tree ant dip.
