This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. ^^ It wouldn't be because of the uk email + camb IP.

It could however be due to the email being a known spamming account. (And, No, he doesn't have to be the spammer. Just his account previously being used for spamming.)

wasn't his email as i signed up for him using his email, so it had to have been the ip ( but its obviously ok to post from)
