and so far as i know, he just liquidated his things and ended up having to do a walk away. don't take that as gospel truth though... i could be mistaken, as it happened during my transition out to the US so I could have missed some news. it was just where things were looking when i was leaving and i'd never heard otherwise. if someone did buy him out (he did keep dropping the price, but it was still retardedly high) they have my pity.
