even a crap table saw and a sander can make some fun and useful furniture from scrap- especially considering the khmer penchant for munchkin size stools and tables

Borrow the old fashioned way. Our village carpenter has an axe, a drill and a power planeBarang chgout wrote: ↑Thu Jan 11, 2018 12:46 pmHow tf do you live in the sticks with no tools? First things I bought before moving out here.

I will semi retire in 6-8 month in Cambodia. Now I have a big shed with lots of tools, parts and pieces, 2 classic cars, classic motor and lots of other shit. Cant take it with me.
Yeah, I ll miss that . But on the other hand .... I dont want to DIY anymore, work at evenings on broken cars and sort out all the shit.
It will be a big job selling as much as possible and sorting the rest for the scrapyard.

Sorry didn't notice. Was just wandering past. Its got a lot of Bosch stuff and they told me they were official Bosch dealer. it certainly looked like it might be because they carry the big tools as well, and most places don't. They also have a big display of karcher stuff and Makita so I doubt it an be a bosch distributor

Been there,, Done that. I found that no-one will buy the stuff unless it's ten cents cheaper than nothing. I would suggest you bundle some of the stuff up in boxes and store them in someone elses garage for a year or two, then decide what to do with them. Somewhere down the line your going to say , hey, I've got/had one of those , where the fuck is it.
Dont pay for commercial storage as it will cost you more than your junk is worth.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
