So what are we talking about here ? Bilharzia (schistosomiasis) or intestinal worms? Schistosomiasis is usually treated with Praziquantel.

He could plant Spaghetti instead....it's easy, you put one Spaghetti into the soil, fertilize it with plenty of human waste and they will grow like crazy. Also no chance of getting bilharzia. A perfect solution !
