Pit Bulls are medium sized and she is very good.

I also have brigade 70, 911 and the NCTSF personnel wherever I go. Of course we are always armed :beer3:

The outcome of the meeting was to drop it and to pass the info to the Consul.

Low level drug user with a dodgy GF, and a tenuous connection to the African dealers preying on the unfortunate skid rowers down at GSM.

The ring is identified. The situation monitored. Nothing new, nothing change.

It's unfortunate and I am sad, but there are larger stakes

We offered all assistance but ultimately Jack chose the wrong path after we intervened.

RIP
dogs don't mean shit unless they're trained and if they are mace is silent in the night. you have a brigade huh, head swollen much?
Yep the dog.. She's a good dog and a favorite with the guys. Brigade?? Swollen head?? No I just have friends. I am not the commander. I just associate. Is my choice and I'm lucky I guess in my choice of friends.

Mishmash is a troll and the Original Poster, so he's a trollOP.

You don't have a direct line to Hun Manet. If u were the sort of person who would boast about that publically, u just wouldn't get the contact to begin with. And to put contact details of people you're supposedly doing business with on a public forum... Outrageous professional behavior. And now you kick around with the boys from 911 or whatever. Yeah right, mate.

Is this another "I think the sick, chronic substance abusing expat I know who looked like death and was living on the streets was MURDERED" theory?

It seems to me that more than 50% of expats deaths reported here result in someone making wild speculation about murder.

I've not seen that, I'm just reporting the facts as happened. My opinion is that on the 25th December he got the squeeze and that two people (one female, one male) claiming to be Kenyans phoned me regarding Jacques. After that I don't know what happened and neither does anyone else. It's prudent to report the facts and let the people who are responsible for cleaning up the affair get on with their jobs. Other people may approach the situation differently, but my conscience pricks me.

He was reportedly found laying dead on the street somewhere in or around GSM. It’s not a very good place to dump a murdered body.

A drug overdose is more likely. Perhaps the help he needed was money for noradrenaline for an opiate overdose.

He was reportedly carried away and taken to Calmette by immigration police working in the area, most likely from the Wat Koh immigration office a stone throw away. You know, the office every destitute foreigner voluntarily visits to have a Coke.

Or generally every other holier-than-thou alcoholic that saw him on the ground before he was carried away

Could it be voluntary drug overdose? He had $6,000+ due in overstay fines that he wanted to resolve. He was arrested by immigration police, phoned the Africans who held his passport and gave Mishmash’s number to help him, Mishmash was unavailable so he chewed the Fentanyl bandaids he kept in his pocket for exactly this scenario. He wasn’t going back to Belgium at any cost and chose to end his life.

Just a theory.

Twas a different day than reported on here - 6 days earlier... He was a meth head not opiates and definitely wasn't a main-liner... Possibly an alcoholic on the strong stuff too... At the moment, what happened is all speculation and second hand word of mouth. There are no concrete facts. My only involvement was the strange phone call after not seeing him for months. I reported it in case he was being held against his will and was advised to drop it. I brought up the subject again today and was advised just report the phone call, give the number and walk away. :hattip:

You old women should stop gossiping about things you can not be sure of. Don't use a tragic death for your entertainment and to fill whatever void you have in your lives. Fuck off to 4chan if you want to be macabre, or Pornhub if you're bored.

I'm not bored or entertained - quite the opposite. I am concerned. I liked the man. I offered him work when he was on the up as regular posters on here will testify. I met him on a few occasions and the above quote were his own words. I wish I had done more when I got the phone call.
