BEERINTHEMORNING goes to KoW

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

What people say they want, and what they really want to read, are two different things.
Pretty much you got to be based in PP for it to be worth while.

SR is boring and hot and there is nothing to do but drink.

SNV is china town.

Kampot is full of blokes who left SNV.

Kampong cham there is nothing to do but drink beer and stare at the wall.
I think you should settle down somewhere in the provinces so far from civilisation that there is no internet coverage.
BEERINTHEMORNING stands his ground.

He is still in kampong cham drinking beer in the morning.

Anchor beer.

Its got to be real cold in the morning like near frozen for it to taste good that early.

I guess we should all be grateful that his username isn't METHINTHEMORNING. Just imagine how much more frequent and incoherent his posts would be if that were the case.

Any reason why you need more than $500 in one day?

Compare to Cambodia's bordering countries the $500 limit is pretty generous
He wanted to pull the salary of the last 12 months. USD 512.47, to be exact.

P.S.: I can pull 2,000 with ANZ bank.
Anz ATM in PP International where you buy your VOA
charged me 33$ USD to withdraw 400$ USD.

This is partly my fault because i chose conversion rate into my local currency
As a seasoned traveller you should know not to do that.
OK so update on this ANZ ATM scam

When you withdraw from ANZ

Two options come up

Click the one that begins with the word "Foreign".

That gets the better rate and they only charge 5 dollars.

Its a scammy little trick because the answers are switched.

Thats the scam.

You know at the beginning when you put your card in, do you press the button that says "English"? I've found that this helps with comprehending what's on screen.
