LOL what's up with the rampant of foreign businesses closing doors or up for sale. One of a few places in my neck of the wood that managed to stay open because the bar tender provide customers with free weed -- I was there last month ordering a second draft both the owner and Khmer staff couldnt bother to pour the beer for me so I helped myself to 3 free extra glasses because they were busy getting stoned.

Speaking of food, I am contemplating on abandoning the the shit ESL career and selling burgers on the street. Buy one or 2 when you are in Sien Reap boys. xoxoxo

I just saw it advertised elsewhere. It was for sale at $13k a few weeks a go, and someone said it had been more expensive than that. Has two rooms upstairs. Sounds like a duffer though.

3 storeys

ground floor - the cafe
1st floor - 1 big room, the cafe currently - 70 sqm
2nd floor - 2 rooms, can be made one.

On the second floor, the room currently used as a training room is 4m x 3.7m. The other empty room is 3m x 3.7m. If you want you can convert both room into a single bigger room.

First floor if you not interested in cafe business you can also convert into classroom, floor size of first floor is 5.4m x 13m.
