Dr Richner doesn't sound too crazy to me. (Maybe the govt are driving him crazy, but that's another story.)

His leg had problem with the bone. He was cured by the doctors of this hospital without paying money and the medicines were good qualitty that we couldn't find anywhere else in Cambodia. My brother stayed there for few months and spent few years until his bone grew enough then the metal was token off. Our poor family was lucky to have this hospital. Not only my brother , but many children in Cambodia were saved by this hospital. We believe that most of deases are cured if we go to the hospital because the quality of the medicines,skillful and conscious of the doctor. If we want to our kids to be cured, we have to get up too early to wait for getting number. Many parents back home with their children and smile agian.
