Bars with a dartboard

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! Score bar has one. It's decent. Could use some better darts though.

I was at Martini a few weeks ago and they had three electronic ones. They've apparently had them for a while now. One guy was keen on asking everyone around him to play. He literally cut my buddy and I mid-conversation to ask if we were keen for a game, so I guess quite a few people there play regularly. We both got the feeling he was a semi-pro hustler or something, so we declined. He was English of course... Seems like good fun if you go with a few friends though.

I'm just gonna hijack this thread and ask:
Are there any bars in Phnom Penh that show winter sports? Like cross country skiing, ski jumping, etc?
(Yes I'm Norwegian)

Your best bet might be going to a bar like Score Bar which is a sports bar with loads of screens and asking them if they could put it on one of their screens. If it's on at the same time as big draws like Premier football etc you may struggle.
Yes sir, I can boogie, I can boogie, boogie, boogie all night long.

Steel tip dart boards at:

Play Penh on 172
Double D on 110
Plan B on 51
Q Club on 113

Soft tip dart machines at:

Soho on 19
Moe's on 144
Mao's on the riverside
Q Club on 113
Mango Mango down by Aeon

If you don't have your own darts, or don't know how to keep score or calculate your outs (or more likely play with a bar girl who doesn't), dart machines are the way to go. Except you gotta pay to play which can add up after a while at fifty cents to a dollar a game.

Far from remaining monarchical, hierarchy-ridden subjects on the margin of civilization, Americans had become, almost overnight, the most liberal, the most democratic, the most commercial minded, and the most modern people in the world." - Gordon S. Is there any bar around town that has Hammerschlagen/Stump.

Where you have to hit the nail in the tree stump with the wedge end of hammer.

I would be think it could be a good game to have in a bar, doesn't take up much room, pretty much zero cost, gets people talking & loser buys a round/drink when misses etc. Much better than a tired old pool table
