My I.P. banned on Tapatalk ?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Are you suggesting that it's a CEO or Tapatalk issue?
The ISP/telco didn't spamlist itself nor is it stopping SQUF from posting on the forums.

The issue is that when you block IP ranges with dynamically allocated addresses then countries with heavy infection rates, like Cambodia, will trigger a lot of false positives. People get annoyed by things like Cloudflare on this forum because of said shitty reputation. Cloudflare has stopped people from posting via Tapatalk in the past where it will throw a CAPTCHA, although that results in a Tapatalk error other than "You have been banned for spam".

The issue is that Tapatalk has blacklisted the ipnum that SQUF was assigned because, like Cloudflare, its reputation system is IP based. You will continue annoying your users this way as long as you keep using services with IP based reputation blacklists. That way, this is both a CEO and Tapatalk issue. Classic admin PEBKAC.

Way above my head so I'm just going to assume you are correct.
