Authorities Blacklist Rebels MC Cambodia (Motorcycle Club) from Entering Country

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

There is now a suggestion on KK noticeboard, that this is not related to the rebels.

Page 16 hardly rates a thread. Wouldn't it be nice if it went the way of the better threads and got 100+ pages?
If it's not rebel related, it's either Koh Kong, or visas, or both.
Perhaps the thin edge of the wedge?

Not so. From the OP, written by the wife of a deceased Sihanoukville biker.
For the moment we know about 4 expats refused to enter the country (2 Australians, 1 English and 1 Russian). I had a flight to Denpasar from Phnom Penh airport when an immigration officer told me that I'm blacklisted and won't be allowed to come back. Finally, they told me that there is a list of 23 expats related to the Rebels MC that are not allowed to enter the country.
Who is the other Brit apart from Stevie C?

A list of 23 expats related to the Rebels would not seem to include the Rebels themselves as there would be close to or more than 20 of them alone if you include the nominees.

Well, I just got my new visa, so whatever this list is about; it doesn't concern me.

OP says 2 Aussies, 1 Brit and 1 Russian. I'm wondering who the Russian is. SINUS ?
