Often they are "models" in Australia.

Quick peek at her profile confirms she's no missionary. Just another wine swilling cigarette smoking GingerCunt.

Da fuq? It makes me laugh how this perhaps well-intentioned but naive as hell person runs around speaking English in some attempted Pidgin or bar-girl-speak (with Northern English colloquialisms thrown in) and then actually expects the locals to understand what the fuck she's on about. Most native English speakers would have issues picking up that dialect. Anyway I found that footage creepy, like who does she think she is asking minors back to her place, and taking that blanket off the poor child who was just trying to sleep was way out of order. She wakes up the kid for a selfie and tells her in an unintelligible language that she'll come back and give her noodles tomorrow. This has to be some kind of bad joke, I'm fucking appalled.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

I've seen her profile before, can't remember why. Was posting about saving someone or something on facebook in expat groups. I think it was a crowdfunding thing.
People attempting to help other people isn't a bad thing although it is hard for us expats to accept it as such without being overly critical since we know everything.

Man, this is a fucking accident waiting to happen.
Re: Attractive & Stylish White Woman is Helping Phnom Penh Street Kids
What she appears to be doing, at least in some situations, is seeing people, and making a judgement about them by what she sees, without asking them about their situation.
If you ask them, they can tell you about their situation.
Many of the people who may appear homeless in PP have a home in a village. They plant rice and harvest rice at the appropriate times in the village. At other times they go to PP to earn extra money.
There are some people who have a family in a village, but they have no work and no money in the village, so they come to PP looking for money.
I have met people who were on their way to visit relatives in another province. They catch a minivan to PP one day, sleep on the street overnight, then catch a minivan to their relatives place the next day. They may look homeless when you see them, but they are not.
Some children go to school, and sell things when they are not at school.
Then there are some who are genuinely homeless.
There are some children who dont go to school. Those who are with parents, you cant help if you are telling them one thing, and their parents are telling then another.
If someone is going to help them, they need to start by asking them about their situation.
