Arthritis

I am starting to get join pain in my right big toe. It's quite painful and I assume mild arthritis. Do any of you get it? Are there any vitamins, supplements or magic potions I should be taking?

If you're a drinker it could be gout.

Firstly, it is imperative to create 3 threads to find your answer. Damn, deleted already!

I have had terrible foot pain on top of my foot just above my big toe. I tried a different pair of shoes for a couple weeks and I’ve fully recovered. Did you get new shoes recently?

I am not a drinker and it isn't gout . I have had gout before. This is a different pain.

Don't have to be a drinker to have gout.

As for arthritis, I think @Duncan might have a secret cure, though I could be wrong. :(

I just went through a bout of Sciatica, and in the medication had two gout pills, apparently hard on the heart.
Always "hope" but never "expect".
