Good job! Pricing seems about right for single brick and zinc metal roofing. Do you have numbers for the final labour costs (minus roofing, as it's usually included in the price)?

Will give a final breakdown on cost when the job is nearer to completion , prob in one months time. But it looks like somewhere between $5,000 and $6,000 depending on how much is spent on the ''shop front'' , and the new toilet, shower, and Rembrandt paintings to hang on the wall etc..

I look forward to seeing the final breakdown.
Also is the actual work up to scratch? I wouldn't mind your man's number. My guy is good and so always busy.

I would put thatch on top of that roof. Keeps the sun from heating the metal and dampens the sound when it's raining.

And as long as it doesn't end up on this Facebook page, you can consider it a success.
