anger management
Re: anger management
There are some "so called helpers" in Cambodia who do not have the skills to be good at it, or the skills to work well with others.
I would leave them, and find somewhere where people have a good attitude.

There is only so much that you can do. And the old adage that you can't help someone who doesn't help themselves really couldn't ring more true. I forget who said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, then expecting a different result, but it is very true. Lead your own life and leave the "anger-management" crew alone.

Inhale .... hold it in ... and release.
Now, repeat after me, "Not my circus. Not my monkeys."
This is an established catch phrase around our place. We use it a lot. Especially when people tell us we should fix the problems of others.
