American Shows Off Voting Finger in Cambodian Elections

It was obviously just a goof.

People were feeling festive at the polling station and saw the mixed couple with their cute koan-cut sprog when they went down to have the wife vote.

So they let him dip his finger for fun.

He’s a fucking idiot to participate in that goddamn farce of an “election”, and disrespectful of the Khmers who’ve been disenfranchised by the Hun as well. Fuck him.

Who was disenfranchised? Anyone who was eligible to vote was able to.
