We got the ACLU involved and the case/conviction was dropped immediately before we even had to go through with the appeal.
I was actually hoping for a trial. Would have been fun.
Are you serious? Thats insane.
You're a nobody in the gutter with a Smartphone in your a hand.

True story.
"Life is too important to take seriously."
"Life does not cease to be funny when people die any more than it ceases to be serious when people laugh."

Re: 1st Amendment and Hate Speech
Ive never heard of such things in the U.S Thought the rule of thumb dont threaten to kill someone and dont yell fire in a crowded movie theatre when there is no fire. Other then that from what I understand its free game. Unless your holding a massive rally speaking shit that will piss a town off...otherwise you need a permit to hold such a rally.General Mackevili wrote:True story.
This political correctness is what we gotta worry about. Thats the agenda's way to "curb" freedom of speech.

I've seen cops get serious about someone cursing them, generally writing them up for "disturbing the peace" until an eventual court ruling found that a policemen on duty, because of his elevated legal status, cannot have his peace disturbed. The Add Jay wrote:Ive never heard of such things in the U.S Thought the rule of thumb dont threaten to kill someone and dont yell fire in a crowded movie theatre when there is no fire.
